- Horrible horrible customer service. The receptionist is entitled, arrogant and down right unprofessional. - The location on bookings.com is off by 150m - After competing a booking the property with not contact you to assist with a smooth check in process - They will not pick up their phone nor will they call you back. - The receptionist refused us access to the premises even though we had paid.
